Meet Our Managing Partners

Trenton Birch
CEO / Co-founder
Trenton is widely regarded as an African education pioneer. He led an international creative media school with 500+ students and is a founding member of the globally renowned music and education nonprofit Bridges for Music. A futurist, podcast host and public speaker, he leads the organisation’s vision and creative direction.
Linda Siboto
Director / Co-founder
Linda is a natural connector with decades of experience building relationships, unlocking partnerships and moving through complex networks with ease. At Future School he drives media strategy and new business development, pairing sharp execution with a clear purpose.  
Bianca Kaiser
Director / Co Founder
Bianca steers finance and academic governance at Future School, bringing over 15 years’ experience in education. She builds strong systems, oversees compliance and quality and ensures every programme runs smoothly from timetables to assessment to ensure learners see real outcomes.
Magan Govender
Chief Commercial Officer / Partner
Mags is a seasoned sales and new business executive with over 20 years expierience in the corporate tech space.  He is passionate about education and its ability to transform lives and societies and drives new business and unlocking partnerships and commercial opportunities across the continent.
