Botswana Scholarship
Exciting news for Botswana residents! In response to Botswana’s recent decision to open up its Cannabis and Hemp industries, Cheeba Cannabis & Hemp Academy is offering a scholarship opportunity for our 12-week in-person Cannabis Industry 101 course. This program provides essential knowledge and hands-on training to help you navigate this emerging industry.

REQUIREMENTS:
The scholarship is for our 12-week Cannabis Industry 101 course that includes a 4-week internship with placement provided and includes full tuition for the 12 weeks.
Please note that the successful candidate(s) will need to cover their travel to Johannesburg as well as their accommodation, meals and transport to the campus and back Monday to Thursday, as well as to the Jazzfarm in Lanseria and back every Friday during the 12 weeks. Any cost associated with an internship are also for the candidates own account.
This is a challenging course and is designed for those disciplined and committed enough to keep focused and work hard. In your application you will be required to answer a number of questions about Cannabis so only serious applicants should apply.
Applicants must be:
- over 18 years of age
- be a Botswana national
- be able to get to and from our campus in Rivonia
- be able to get to and from the Jazzfarm in Lanseria
- be able to cover their own accommodation, meals and transport
Tshego Scholarship
Cheeba Cannabis Academy is proud to announce the Tshego Cannabis Scholarship. The scholarship will fund 3 students per year to attend our flagship 12-week Cannabis Industry 101 course at our campus in Rivonia Johannesburg. Tshego, recognised as one of South Africa's foremost hip hop/R&B artists, boasts an illustrious career marked by performances at esteemed music industry gatherings like MIDEM in France. With his debut album 'Pink Panther' in 2019 earning two nominations at the South African Music Awards, Tshego has solidified his status as a standout talent. His collaborations with top-tier artists and releases through Universal Music, Def Jam Africa, Family Tree and his own independent label imprint TWENTY5EIGHT, underscore his position as one of the most dynamic figures in South African music.
